Job Description
Paragon Home Care is a familyowned business located in McLean. We are seeking a caregiver who can assist a female client in Reston VA 5 days a week MondayFriday from 8am4pm. The caregiver must be comfortable assisting client with Alzheimer/Dementia.
In this role you will make a difference in the lives of seniors by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with hygiene needs
- Personal care and dressing
- Light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Medication reminders
- Prepare meals and snacks
Requirements
- Authorized to Work in the U.S.
- Have reliable transportation
- Physical Ability to complete the demands of the job
- Current TB or Chest Xray
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
