Our client is a private beach luxury resort that offers exclusive hospitality services to individual family and corporate clientele.
The company is seeking to hire a friendly organized and detailoriented Front Desk Officer to manage its front desk operations. S/he will provide exceptional customer service handle administrative tasks and warmly welcome guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk ensuring a warm welcome to guests and handling checkins checkouts and room assignments.
Reception Duties: Receive and direct phone calls respond to emails and handle correspondence. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry filing and recordkeeping.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Communication: Ensure seamless communication with guests employees and management.
Room Assignments and Key Management: Assign rooms manage key cards and ensure accurate room status.
Payment Processing: Handle payment processing including credit card transactions and cash handling.
Minimum of OND or equivalent in Hospitality Tourism or related field.
12 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role. Certifications: Hospitality certification (e.g. Certified Hospitality Manager) will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Friendly approachable and customerfocused demeanor.
