The Tech Team will handle the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of network systems within the region. They are critical in ensuring seamless technical service for clients within the OLT s 20km coverage radius.
Responsibilities:
Install and maintain network infrastructure within the region ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for clients experiencing connectivity issues.
Collaborate with the Sales and CSS teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Perform regular maintenance checks and upgrades to minimize downtime and ensure service reliability.
Implement system upgrades and expansions as needed ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
KPIs:
Response time to technical issues from the time they are reported.
Successful completion rate of installations and network upgrades.
Customer satisfaction with technical services provided.
Percentage of technical issues resolved on the first visit.
Full Time
