Overview:
Supporting our many global customers and team members with Pay related questions. We believe in collaboration and consistency which is why were looking for someone who can work closely with crossfunctional teams.
Were looking for a dynamic and analytical candidate who is excited to learn new technologies.
Scope:
Provide frontend client support via email for technical procedural and pay concerns
Respond promptly and provide helpful support to clients through Zendesk
Resolve issues related to payroll and invoices with the help of cross functional teams
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to communicate clearly both written and orally
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues
- Ability to interact professionally with our customers
A flexible and proactive attitude - Ability to work well under pressure
- SaaS Experience
- A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one)
- Fluent English language skills

- 4 resolved emails per day
- 87% CSAT
- 67% urgent/high TTR
- 90% FRT
