This is a remote position.

Role Name: Appointment Setter


Schedule:
  • 4 hours per day 10 AM to 2 PM (7 AM to 11 AM PHT) Monday to Friday

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter you ll play a crucial role in driving the agency s growth by connecting with potential clients in the fitness industry. You ll be the first point of contact for gym owners across Australia engaging them in brief yet impactful conversations to qualify leads and set up valuable appointments. This position offers a unique blend of B2B communication and insight into the thriving fitness and social media marketing sectors. You ll work remotely managing your time effectively to achieve daily and weekly targets while contributing directly to the agency s expansion.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted cold calls to gym owners throughout Australia
  • Engage prospects in concise oneminute conversations to qualify leads
  • Schedule appointments on the sales manager s calendar
  • Manage and update a database of 10000 qualified leads
  • Achieve daily and weekly appointment setting targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments set
  • Collaborate with the agency owner to refine pitch and targeting strategies


Requirements


Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting or cold calling
  • Excellent communication skills in English with a focus on building rapport quickly
  • Selfmotivated with strong time management abilities
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing (preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools
  • Cultural awareness and ability to connect with Australian business owners
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fastpaced evolving industry
