Job Description
Leadership and Strategy:
- Define and implement the DevOps/SRE strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and SRE engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in DevOps and SRE practices.
Infrastructure Management:
- Design and manage scalable reliable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Oversee infrastructure provisioning monitoring and management.
- Ensure infrastructure security compliance and best practices.
CI/CD Pipeline:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
- Implement tools for continuous integration delivery and deployment.
- Ensure smooth integration of automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Site Reliability Engineering:
- Implement SRE principles to improve system reliability and scalability.
- Develop and monitor service level indicators (SLIs) and service level objectives (SLOs).
- Implement error budgets and manage incident response processes.
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to streamline processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to teams on DevOps and SRE best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure deployment and performance.
Monitoring and Performance:
- Implement monitoring logging and alerting solutions to ensure system health.
- Optimize system performance and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role with at least 3 years in a lead or architect position.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform CloudFormation).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI ...).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of network and security concepts.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect position.
