This is a remote position.

Insurance Application Processor (Flexible Hours)

  • 20 hours per week.
  • Flexible hours during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Focus on insurance policies for cooperative buildings in New York City ranging from 5 to 100 units.

  • We are seeking a detailoriented and professional Insurance Application Processor to assist with completing and processing insurance applications for cooperative buildings. This parttime role offers flexible hours during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours requiring excellent communication skills proficiency in data entry and an organized approach to multitasking. Youll play a key role in supporting clients by answering inquiries and maintaining accurate records.

    As part of a team dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions you will help deliver exceptional service to cooperative building clients ranging from 5 to 100 units. With a focus on professionalism and reliability this role contributes to ensuring every client receives efficient and personalized support.


    Responsibilities:
    • Accurately complete insurance applications for current and potential clients.
    • Answer incoming calls and provide clear professional support for insurancerelated inquiries.
    • Process data entry for cooperative building insurance policies.
    • Maintain and update accurate records of client information.
