Job Description
SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled T2 Support Technician to join our IT team. In this role you will be responsible for resolving escalated support tickets providing proactive support for monitored environments and delivering exceptional service to our customers via phone and email.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tier 2 Service Desk: Resolve escalated support tickets for customers via both phone and email along with proactive support for monitored environments
Working experience supporting all current Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 Windows Server)
Working experience supporting various hardware technologies including PCs Servers Printers etc.
Working experience supporting Cloud technologies including Office 365 Intune and Azure AD etc.
Working experience supporting in Active Directory PowerShell Scripting etc.
Working experience supporting remote access technologies including Citrix RDS VPN etc. a plus.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting of TCP/IP endpoint security DNS DHCP etc.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fastpaced environment
Continue to expand knowledge and experience gaining expertise in various technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of equivalent IT experience
Previous experience providing phone support and remote technology to resolve user issues
Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Should be willing to accept a longterm workfromhome arrangement.
Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Appointment Setting for MSPs Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Proven history and experience Ability to make 150+ calls a day. Professional and courteous demeanor.
