Finance Success Agent
You will be part of the frontline team of our business and someone who our customers interact with day to day.
Scope
Coordinate customer support by working with support team & finance/payroll teams to ensure customer questions are answered timely & effectively
Research and identify invoicing discrepancies in a systematic manner
Utilize our accounting software Netsuite to regenerate invoices and create credit notes
Work with support colleagues HR finance and legal experts to resolve queries and then sharing your knowledge with the customer facing team
Use support ticketing platforms (Zendesk) and knowledgecentered support principles to enhance the service experience both internally and externally whilst providing a humancentric experience
Maintain and help to develop our processes in Zendesk.

5 resolved emails per day
87% CSAT
67% urgent/high TTR

35 years of experience working in a financial and payroll role/capacity
Experience managing end to end payroll
Strong communicator with ability to distill complex payroll information into clear responses
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures eg Invoicing and Credit Notes
General understanding of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
An empathic and humancentered approach to supporting customers; you always want to go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy and they feel supported
Passionate about creating and sharing knowledge to build a fantastic support experience for your colleagues and our customers
Attention to detail; experience/acumen around endtoend customer invoicing process
Comfortable with a high pace work environment and changing customer priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills determination and tenacity
