Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday during AU business hours 8 AM to 5 PM (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time) (20 hours per week)
Scope:
Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
Develop content calendar and create daily posts
Engage with the online community and potential customers
Assist with website updates and SEO improvements
Collaborate with the business owner to align social media strategy with overall business goals
Provide insights and recommendations for improving social media performance
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok)
Create and schedule engaging posts ensuring consistent branding and color palette
Design graphics and edit videos for social media content
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages
Conduct social media outreach to potential customers and clients
Brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns
Provide regular reports on social media performance and analytics
Assist with website content updates and SEO optimization
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms
Basic understanding of SEO principles
