Duties & Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunity through joint call with RMs in engaging customer to understand their businesses for proper profiling of their payments needs.
Review payment performance conduct clients training on payments and take feedback for improvement purposes.
Ensure projects are properly tracked with the implementation team to ensure timelines in our deployment plans.
Work with IT DevOps and Enterprise Application team to ensure application uptime that facilitate timely transaction processing.
Facilitate periodic product training for Business Units to increase awareness among the staff on payment products.
Keeps team informed by reviewing activity with the team Lead on calls and work plans to enable proper tracking and early closure of deals.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products new products and merchandising techniques etc.
Generate weekly and monthly report on business performance and tracking.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as may be required.
Engage with RMs on all new payment addons developments; and marketing of all epayments.
Conduct periodic market reviews to identify existing and potential customers needs and drive with the RMs.
Job Requirements
Minimum education level A good first degree in any discipline
A minimum of 5 years experience in alternate channels or related roles with emphasis on sales and business development.
