Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detailoriented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role you will collaborate with software engineers architects and other technical teams to create clear concise and accurate documentation. Your work will help both technical and nontechnical stakeholders understand complex cloudbased solutions and software architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create update and maintain technical documentation for cloud architecture and software solutions.
- Design and document UML diagrams sequence diagrams architecture block diagrams and software architectural diagrams.
- Develop and maintain database diagrams including data tables and relationships.
- Explain concepts such as cloud architecture authentication and authorization in a userfriendly manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex software processes into understandable content.
- Write detailed guides and documentation using tools like Markdown and publish them using platforms like GitHub Pages.
- Ensure documentation adheres to standards is versioncontrolled and is easily accessible.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and related concepts.
- Proficiency in creating UML diagrams sequence diagrams and database diagrams.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms in software systems.
- Knowledge of Markdown and version control systems such as GitHub.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
- Ability to create visually appealing and accurate diagrams to support written documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Background in software engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience working with cloudbased systems and datadriven applications.
- Experience with tools like Visio Lucid chart or other diagramming software.
- Strong Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
