Job Description

This is a remote position.


Schedule:
  • Total Hours: 40 Hours per week;
  • Monday to Friday; Fulltime;
  • 9:00AM to 6:00PM Victoria time (or 6:00AM to 3:00PM Manila Time)
  • With 1hour unpaid break in between

Job Description:

As a Property Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in assisting Client Managers to deliver outstanding management services to Owners Corporations. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth operations compliance with legislative requirements and exceptional client service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage meeting logistics prepare and distribute agendas and minutes handle enquiries and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and manage email correspondence organize tasks using Trello and ensure timely responses to enquiries.
  • Draft and distribute community communications manage social media platforms maintain records and update online portals.
  • Handle payment plans assist with insurance processes and collaborate on compliance matters.
  • Support the planning and administration of community events and club facilities to enhance client satisfaction.



  • Requirements

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word Excel Outlook and Teams.
    • Experience with Trello and other task management tools is an advantage.
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of Owners Corporation management Property Management or related industries is highly regarded.
