Job Description: SAP IBP CPIDS Integration Consultant
Location: Hybrid / Frisco TX (Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 6 12 Months
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP CPIDS Integration Consultant to join our team. This position demands extensive expertise in implementing configuring and maintaining SAP Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services (CPIDS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with ETL processes using CPIDS for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
As a consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs design tailored integration solutions and ensure successful project delivery while collaborating with internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement integration solutions using SAP CPIDS.
- Translate client business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP CPIDS including the development of integration flows mappings and scripts.
- Collaborate with project managers architects and developers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide postimplementation support and maintenance for SAP CPIDS solutions.
- Keep abreast of emerging SAP technologies and integration best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in integration strategies API governance and B2B integrations across enterprise systems.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite leveraging REST/OData IDOC Events Proxies BAPI/RFC and EDIbased interfaces.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA SAP BW and SAP IBP systems.
- Handson experience with integration scenarios using SAP BTP capabilities such as Integration Advisor Integration Flow and Event Mesh (knowledge of Advanced Event Mesh preferred).
- Expertise in onpremisetocloud cloudtocloud and cloudtoonpremise integrations.
SAP CPIDS Expertise
- Strong knowledge of SAP tables views extractors and functions.
- Ability to design and develop CIDS dataflows leveraging predefined templates and custom configurations.
- Proficiency in creating Datastores managing CIDS Agents and handling scheduling jobs using CIDS Scheduler and Application Jobs in IBP.
- Experience in promoting tasks/datastores in CIDS production environments.
- Skilled in using web services (RFC ODATA SOAP REST) for integrations.
Development and Optimization
- Handson experience in writing technical specifications test cases and scripts.
- Expertise in performance optimization preload and postload scripting and error handling in dataflows.
- Proficiency in developing dataflows using ABAP transformations/custom ABAP (preferred).
IBP & SAC Integration
- Comprehensive knowledge of IBP folders (Master Data Timeseries Calendar Calculation Folders).
- Experience in Excel IBP AddOn for data validation and checks in planning books/views.
Soft Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in designing application templates and integrating B2B solutions with external partners suppliers and customers.
- Certification in SAP CPIDS or IBP is a plus.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience as a data analyst, developer, or data scientist. Professional experience creating statistical or machine models to execute forecasting based on disparate and unfamiliar datasets. Coding and release experience using bash, Python, and/or other common languages. Building dashboard and reporting suites keeps stakeholders and consumers in mind through the design and iteration phases. Experience working with, analyzing, and testing deeper analytical hypothesis using utility or energy- related data sets Working within a cloud infrastructure, DevOps experience
