Job Summary:
As the Social Media and Content Specialist you will oversee the management of our social media channels and website ensuring impactful and engaging content that aligns with our brand values. Your role will involve collaborating with our creative and marketing teams to execute strategies that strengthen our online presence and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop manage and grow our presence on platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and emerging channels.
- Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with campaigns and seasonal trends.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging posts captions graphics and short videos tailored for each platform.
- Collaborate with the Creative Designer to produce multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Community Engagement:
- Actively interact with followers respond to inquiries and foster a positive online community.
- Manage and address comments messages and usergenerated content promptly.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics such as reach engagement and clickthrough rates.
- Generate reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
Website Content Updates:
- Regularly update the website with blogs news and multimedia content.
- Ensure content is SEOoptimized and aligns with marketing campaigns.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates.
- Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance engagement.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media management content creation or a similar role.
- Content Creation: Skilled in creating engaging written and visual content for diverse platforms.
- Social Media Tools: Proficient in tools like Zoho Social Hoot suite or Buffer and analytics platforms.
- Website Management: Basic understanding of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and SEO principles.
- Analytics: Ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory. Knowledge of Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong storytelling and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
