The PreSales Manager will provide expert technical consultancy and lead presales initiatives translating complex product knowledge into valuable solutions for customers. This role will involve collaborating closely with the Business Development team to participate in customer meetings and contribute to technical account planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive technical sales proposals and responses to tenders particularly within the Etimad portal for Saudi governmental projects.
- Presenting and differentiating the companys product offerings against competitors at a technical level.
- Building strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales teams and customers.
- Develop comprehensive technical sales proposals for the Etimad platform.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to engage with customers.
- Train and enable the sales team on product features and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the companys offerings and address customer queries
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT presales and digital transformation.
- Strong experience with the Etimad platform.
- Deep understanding of Saudi government procurement processes.
- Indepth knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Infrastructure Routing & Switching and mobility solutions.
- Relevant certifications in Cisco Microsoft VMware or other related technologies preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

Educated to High school level (as a minimum) 3 4 years' experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments for all employee affairs Should be knowing about the GOSI & QIWA. Have practical exposure of changing the IQAMA status Understanding of Govt Portals- GOSI & QIWA Need to have good knowledge on Saudi Labour Laws Good knowledge of Saudi labour and immigration rules Good command of English and Arabic both oral and written Excellent problem-solving and quality control skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proactive and responsible Cooperative Computer skills (Microsoft office)
