Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary:
- Deliver a million dollar transition program
- Manage onsite & offshore team to deliver the project on time quality and budget
- Stakeholder Management Senior level of client and offshore team
- Work with client closely to resolve any issues
Secondly:
- Support sales team for exploring the business opportunities
- Support practices to improve capabilities and methodologies
Requirements
- 5 years Project management with onsite and offshore delivery model
- Bilingual Japanese and English (professional Japanese (N1 or Native) and business English)
- A large scale program management experiences
- Experienced or familiar with IT outsourcing model and how to manage offshore team
- Communication and presentation skills with senior management level
- Deep understanding of Agile software development
