Job Description
As a Client Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for clients providing exceptional support and accurate information. Your role includes administrative tasks maintaining client records and ensuring seamless communication all while fostering trust and building strong client relationships.

Shift: Night Shift MonFri 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Your Daily Tasks
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide friendly accurate and timely support to client requests.
- Perform administrative tasks including emailing calendaring data entry and phone or text communications.
- Assist clients in completing discovery questionnaires while managing phone conversations simultaneously.
- Verify and update client contact information such as names addresses phone numbers emails and emergency contacts or relatives.
- Maintain accurate client documents notes and interaction records in firm databases.
- Identify client needs clarify information research issues and deliver accurate and satisfactory solutions to queries and concerns.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel with a techsavvy mindset.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to perform data entry while managing phone conversations simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of spelling grammar and punctuation to process client information and file materials accurately.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Demonstrated customer support experience or call center background with eagerness to handle calls promptly.
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality internally and externally.
- Skilled in problemsolving resolving customer complaints and exercising independent judgment to address issues within established guidelines.
