FullStack Software Engineer
Location: New York NY (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to $180000 with Equity

As a FullStack Software Engineer you will work on meaningful projects that connect students with financial aid enhance donor relationships and empower institutions to streamline fund management and compliance.
About the Role:
You will be part of a small dynamic team driving the development of our platform. In the first three months youll focus on expanding core workflow features gaining a deep understanding of higher education financing and taking ownership of key product initiatives. Your work will have a direct impact on scaling the business and solving complex problems in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop core features to improve platform functionality and user experience.
- Lead and own critical product development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to address challenges in scholarship management and fund accessibility.
- Contribute to scaling the platform to meet the needs of a growing user base.
Required Qualifications:
- Two to six years of experience as a software engineer ideally in the early stages of your career.
- Previous experience at a highgrowth startup particularly in the seed or Series A stages.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field from a top university.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with the team in New York City.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with technologies such as Next.js TypeScript GraphQL Python Postgres and Terraform.
