Job Description
The Digital Business Solutions (DBS) department supports all of Sibelgas business activities to ensure efficient operations and future growth. The ERP team within the DBS department plays a key role in optimizing processes for HR Finance Logistics and Procurement through IT solutions. The team works with internal customers to make changes to existing applications or develop new ones to improve user experience.
We are seeking a Fiori Senior Developer to join the ERP team. The role involves collaborating with business analysts and architects developing technical specifications assessing technical impacts and maintaining the systems stability and service continuity. This position is essential for the S/4 HANA conversion project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to define technical solutions.
- Write technical specifications based on functional requirements.
- Estimate the workload and cost for changes.
- Assess technical impacts of changes to the existing systems.
- Develop or adapt solutions based on established specifications.
- Ensure system stability maintainability and service continuity.
- Update and maintain reference documentation.
- Develop and execute unit tests.
- Track and resolve issues as secondline support.
- Follow organizational methods standards and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a Fiori Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP.
- Experience with SAP BTP.
- Proven experience with FioriEmbedded Analytics.
- Experience with Fiori Development on S/4 HANA projects (brownfield conversion).
- Project management experience in development projects.
- Fluency in French or Dutch (written and oral).
- Strong organizational skills efficiency flexibility and customer focus.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
- Certification: CFioriDev20 SAP Fiori Application Developer (must have).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to listen analyze and synthesize information.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on highquality service delivery.
