A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR

You provide outofthisworld customer service from the getgo ensuring that inhouse customers are greeted the phone is answered followups are complete customer complaints are resolved and that everyone is 100% taken care of. Even making an effort to schedule seasonal maintenance contract customers and keep track of completed service schedules for residential and commercial customers.

Your topnotch organizational skills help you manage the service schedule and dispatch technicians using neighborhood and zip code info eliminating drive time and increasing productivity. In an effort to make sure that our technicians have full schedules you make outbound calls and schedule any requested installation service immediately as well as retail service calls. At the end of the day you are sure to review or reschedule as necessary and confirm the next days appointments.

You call on accounts receivables to collect service fees and noncoverage fees from homeowners when the technician is unable to and/or if the tenant isnt home. Providing switchboard relief as needed you also monitor and validate the accuracy of entries into the Desco system. This includes filing/maintaining paperwork and updating calls to help you stay on top of field tickets and receipts. You also complete any other office duties as assigned to you by the Office Manager including daily/weekly reports and distributing the TJ List correctly among the other CSRs. At the end of your day you feel great about your contributions to our company and the community!


CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Oneyear certificate from a college or technical school 6 months related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proficient in billing software Microsoft Office Suite and Intuit Quickbooks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
