Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Auditor to join our team. As an IT Auditor you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the IT systems and controls within our organization to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT security risk management and auditing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments of IT systems to identify vulnerabilities and gaps in security.
Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement audit plans and strategies for IT systems and processes.
Perform detailed audits of IT infrastructure applications and databases to uncover potential risks and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the IT team to address and remediate identified issues and weaknesses.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in IT auditing and security.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT auditing risk management or security.
Strong understanding of IT systems networks and security protocols.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as SarbanesOxley (SOX) and GDPR.
