Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our Italianspeaking clients. You will assist with a range of customer inquiries from product information to troubleshooting ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism empathy and efficiency. Your native Italian language skills will be essential in offering highquality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone email and chat in Italian.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries order tracking and account management.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented and tracked within our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department or team members.
- Stay informed on product knowledge company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong proficiency in English for internal communication and reporting.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software).
- Customerfocused with a keen attention to detail and a positive cando attitude.
