Job Description
The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong background in managing service departments within the HVAC industry capable of overseeing dispatchers liaising with estimators and being the face of the company for service repair jobs.
Commercial HVAC Service Manager Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Service Department ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage dispatchers coordinating service calls and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to estimators with detailed service repair job information.
- Conduct field visits to check on service teams and deliver necessary parts.
- Act as the primary customer contact for service repair jobs ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in the Commercial HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and the industrys latest technologies.
