Job Description
Job Title: EntryLevel Production Associate Food Manufacturing
Location: San Clemente CA
Schedule:. Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:15 PM
Job Summary
As a Production Associate you will play a key role in ensuring our food manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet highquality standards. This is an entrylevel position ideal for individuals with education or 12 years of experience in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
Assemble package and label products accurately and efficiently.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety training programs.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
No prior experience required; 12 years in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
Willingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
