Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Fire Alarm Project Manager in the West Phoenix Metro area to lead a range of projects from Mission Critical Facilities and Data Centers to Large Commercial Facilities. With an emphasis on precision in project scheduling and job costing this role demands a detailoriented individual with a robust understanding of fire alarm systems design layout and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of fire alarm projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to expedite project design phases and submissions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of product lines to enhance project quality and performance.
  • Effectively manage projectrelated documentation including permits and contracts.
  • Supervise the Fire Alarm Superintendent coordinating efforts and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Administer change orders and process contracts with precision.
  • Display comprehensive knowledge of the budget to manage costs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Residency in the West Phoenix Metro area.
  • NICET Level 2 certification.
  • Experience in managing projects within Mission Critical Facilities.
  • Strong grasp of design and layout for Fire Alarm Systems.
  • General electrical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in reading plans and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems and Aspirating Smoke Detection (Vesda).
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
  • Must provide reliable references and have tools for the job.

Nice to Haves:

  • Certifications and experience with Notifier Fike or Kidde Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Additional industryrelated certifications.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $80000 $120000 dependent on experience licensing or certifications.
