We are seeking International Talent Acquisition Freelancers (remote work) to join our recruitment teams and manage the endtoend hiring process for multilingual candidates. Are you a high achiever If so you could secure a leadership position earn double fees and receive quarterly and annual bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs
- Advertise job openings on various international platforms
- Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g. social media and professional networks)
- Screen candidates who meet the required qualifications
- Organize and conduct initial interviews
- Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates
- Track candidates throughout the hiring process until they are placed with the client
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales cold calling or sourcing
- Experience with BPO roles (customer service marketing sales representatives)
- Familiarity with social media resume databases and professional networks
- Experience recruiting for the European market
- Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons)
- Proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch German French Greek Italian Spanish)
