Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customeroriented Night Receptionist to join a luxury hotel in Sliema. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service ensuring smooth hotel operations during overnight shifts and managing various front desk duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with checkin checkout and inquiries during the night shift.
- Manage phone calls reservations and payments accurately.
- Ensure guest safety by monitoring the premises and handling emergencies.
- Prepare night audit reports and maintain financial accuracy.
- Coordinate smooth handovers with the day staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic accounting tasks.
- Flexibility to work night shifts including weekends and holidays.
