Senior/Staff Engineer
Location: San Francisco CA (Inoffice)
Salary: Up to $190000/year
Experience: 410 years
Were seeking a Senior/Staff Engineer to join a fastgrowing team focused on building AIdriven solutions for financial crime teams. This role involves scaling the core investigation platform and developing new products to automate compliance workflows. Ideal candidates are passionate about creating elegant solutions thrive in highgrowth environments and are eager to work directly with customers to develop impactful products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale the core platform as well as new products to automate workflows.
- Architect systems from the ground up focusing on best practices and value delivery.
- Collaborate with customers to refine and develop the product roadmap.
- Drive innovation and maintain high engineering standards in a startuplike environment.
MustHave Skills:
- 48 years of fullstack engineering experience including building systems from 01.
- Proven track record of impact in previous roles/projects.
- Proficiency with technologies like Next.js Node.js Postgres TypeScript and Supabase or a demonstrated ability to adapt to new languages and tools.
- Interest or experience in customerfacing product development.
- Experience working in highgrowth startups (Seed to Series B) or similar environments.
- Willingness to work inoffice in San Francisco.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience with data modeling and schema migrations.
- Computer Science degree or equivalent from a toptier institution.
