Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead clinical direction quality outcomes and financial health for a comprehensive oncology service line
- Drive multidisciplinary collaboration between physicians staff and departments to deliver exceptional patient care
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow oncology services while maintaining highest quality standards
- Foster a culture of excellence innovation and patientcentered care across the oncology program
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of successful leadership in oncology services or similar healthcare environment
- Experience building highperforming teams and collaborative physician partnerships
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive quality outcomes and financial results
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Business or related field (Masters preferred)
- Demonstrated success in project management and process improvement
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and fostering team development
