The Client Development Coordinator is responsible for identifying developing and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive growth. This role combines prospecting lead generation and consultative relationshipbuilding to support client retention and satisfaction. The CDC plays a critical role in expanding the companys client base by qualifying leads setting up initial meetings and nurturing client relationships through ongoing communication and followups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients through research networking and outreach.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reach and engage prospects via phone email social media and other channels.
- Qualify leads to ensure they align with the companys ideal customer profile.
- Client Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and current clients to encourage longterm partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the early stages of the sales process ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to check in on satisfaction and address any needs or issues proactively.
- Database and CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates meeting setups and client engagement levels.
- Leverage CRM data to personalize outreach and followup communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in sales business development or client relations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced goaloriented environment.
- Ability to feel confident in making cold phone calls and communicating with existing clients.
