Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage schedules workflows and resources to meet organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain office policies procedures and best practices.
- Supervise and support administrative and legal staff fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews provide training opportunities and facilitate professional growth.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
- Strategic DecisionMaking:
- Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

- Manage the office budget including tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Coordinate billing accounts receivable and financial reporting with the finance team.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of office management legal operations or similar leadership roles preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration management or related field; advanced degree or certification in operations management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
