Take projects from Estimating and Sales and implement them from start to finish Review and understand all bid documents and RFP Build Project Schedules as necessary with Customer Build understand and track project budget Build and understand Schedule of Values Order and buyout general materials for the project Build Submittal and O&M packages with Project Coordinator assistance Produce Purchase Orders and Subcontracts with Project Coordinator assistance Work in conjunction with Superintendent regarding manpower Develop and price change orders Maintain excellent relationships with our field crew and customers Control costs by analyzing job cost reports under our accounting program Maintain subcontractor and historical job cost databases Understands subcontractor needs and follows through to provide needed information Attend Project Meeting and be available for job walks and reviews with your Foreman Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in electrical project management with a minimum of 5 years of experience Strong leadership excellent communication and organizational skills A track record of delivering on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality Proficient in reading understanding and applying plans drawings and job specifications Experience with estimating software Conest and/or Accubid accounting and additional Project Management software Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to $5m An open and willing attitude eager to learn Join Us: Energize your career at Laser Electric.
