Job Title: Certification Clerk (CC)
Location: Frankford Section Philadelphia
Job Overview:
Eagle Staffing Company is currently seeking a diligent and meticulous Certification Clerk for our esteemed client located in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of material test reports documents and certifications associated with all company orders. The Certification Clerk is essential in ensuring that all documentation is correctly filed preserved and accessible contributing to the seamless operation of our clients business.
Work Schedule:
- Duration: December 2nd December 31st
- Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am 4:00 pm
Compensation:
- $17.00 per hour paid weekly
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately input material certifications for all company orders maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Regularly distribute collect store and maintain essential company documentation ensuring easy accessibility and organization.
- Manage the certification website providing customers with access to material test reports and shipping documents online.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of different document requirements based on customer specifications and industry standards.
- Communicate with vendors as required to ensure the accuracy and availability of necessary documentation.
- Develop a deep understanding of company products specifications and documentation requirements.
- Assist in handling incoming phone calls and addressing customer requests regarding certification materials.
- Continually learn and adhere to company procedures and best practices.
- Perform other related duties and assist with additional projects as necessary.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and Adobe applications.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to work well with others in a teamoriented environment.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in an office setting.
