Job Description
As a Remote UX Researcher you will be responsible for conducting user research to inform the design and development of our digital products. You will work closely with product managers designers and engineers to understand user needs identify pain points and optimize the user experience.
Responsibilities:
* User Research: Design and conduct a variety of user research methods including user interviews surveys usability testing and A/B testing.
* Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends patterns and insights.
* User Persona Development: Create detailed user personas to represent our target users and inform design decisions.
* Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our digital products.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that user research insights are integrated into the product development process.
* Communication: Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or a related field.
* 3 years of experience as a UX Researcher.
* Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and tools.
* Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
* Experience working in the healthcare industry (preferred).
