Job Title: Occupational Therapist 1 (Pediatric)
Role: Plan organize and provide professional therapeutic services to patients
Clinical practice includes evaluation and occupational therapy treatment planning for the rehabilitation of mental physical or emotional disabilities
Work closely with patients and families to establish and meet treatment goals
Evaluate treat and monitor patients modifying therapy programs and goals as needed
Perform thorough and concise clinical documentation in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with patients families department coworkers and medical care team
Supervise ancillary staff students and volunteers
Continually advance clinical skills through ongoing education literature review and implementation of evidencebased practice
Adhere to organizational national and state regulatory guidelines
Align personal goals and work activities with system goals
Possess problemsolving skills good communication skills and leadership skills
Have proficient computer knowledge and ability to operate multiple computer systems and standard Rehabilitation equipment
High attention to detail in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of productivity

Qualifications: Bachelors plus 2 years of work experience or Masters degree less than 1 year of experience Occupational Therapist (OT) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
