Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct patient care to hospice patients in their homes
-
Develop and implement individualized care plans
-
Manage patient medications and treatments
-
Monitor patient symptoms and report changes to the physician
-
Educate patients and families about hospice care
-
Provide emotional support to patients and families
-
Collaborate with other members of the hospice team
Qualifications:
-
RN license
-
2 years of experience in hospice or palliative care
-
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hospice care
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Compassion and dedication to providing highquality hospice care
