Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing highquality care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Assess patients needs and develop individualized care plans
-
Administer medications and treatments
-
Monitor patients vital signs and overall health

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatments

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Qualifications
-
Registered Nurse license
-
At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Experience in home health care preferred

Strong assessment planning and intervention skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
