Job Description
Prioritize multiple urgent issues with calm and professional demeanor. Ability to communicate rationale succinctly with all stakeholders for project priorities and align with current business needs. Make quick decisions and effectively communicate with their manager on any changes to keep all on the same page. Balancing needs of the business with system capabilities. Help provide solutions to challenges faced with requests Identify potential issues before they arise and propose solutions. Ability to work with a team on complex problems to form solutions. Support department heads final decision.
This job requires an astute attention to detail and the ability to evaluate a multitude of possible scenario. The job holder will be challenged to decipher the differences between business impacts from both the perspective of the customer (benefit) and companies (risk). The job holder will interface periodically with sales marketing finance and species heads; he or she will be the SME when it comes to the systems and processes he or she supports. The individual will also work with third party vendors data governance IT as well as other departments within the business on technical data finance accounting and other related issues.
