Job Description

IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their potential impact on retail operations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify technologydriven business opportunities.

Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Oversee the deployment monitoring maintenance and support of all IT systems including POS systems ecommerce platforms ERP CRM and cloudbased solutions.
- Ensure the reliability scalability and security of IT infrastructure across all retail locations and online platforms.

Digital Transformation
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience through digital solutions such as mobile apps loyalty programs and personalized services.
- Leverage data analytics to improve decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
- Lead automation efforts in inventory management supply chain and sales processes.

Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies to safeguard sensitive customer and business data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including GDPR PCIDSS and data privacy standards.

Team Management & Development
- Build and lead a highperforming IT team by recruiting training and mentoring staff.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.

Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage vendor relationships including negotiations and performance evaluation of IT service providers.
- Oversee the IT budget ensuring costeffective investments and resource utilization.
