Job Description
- Clinical Leadership:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to social work staff.
- Participate in patient care including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement evidencebased treatment plans.

- Program Development and Management:
- Oversee the development and implementation of social work programs.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments.

- Staff Management:
- Recruit hire and train social work staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Address staff concerns and promote a positive work environment.

- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists psychologists and nurses.
- Work with community agencies and organizations to coordinate care and referrals.

- Administrative Duties:
- Manage budgets and resources.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Masters degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Significant experience in a clinical setting preferably in a psychiatric or mental health facility.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software
