Job Title: Project Manager with Healthcare Experience Work Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid from Day 1) (Need Only Locals) Duration: 12 Months Contract to hire Job Summary: Client is looking for a Technical Project manager to ensure seamless delivery management and execution in end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US. The ideal candidate must possess 5 years of relevant work experience in consulting operations program management or project management 2 years of experience within the health sector. Candidate should have hands on experience in Agile model and indepth understanding of Agile practices and ceremogies and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: As a Technical PM you will lead with strong project management skills and collaborate across the organization to land programs and enable change. Manage complex programs by exercising healthcare and business understanding to drive the organizations long term objectives. Foster internal and external relationships; negotiates with external partners; guides and supports the efforts of cross functional internal and external resource tens malong decisions about priorities to drive programs to This also requires proactively initiating crossfunctional projects and processes. Bring healthcare and program management expertise to shape the content design and execution of products and services. Be responsible for executing and monitoring projects programs and services that increase engagement and participation prepare and deliver key presentations to the leadership team. Acts as a thought partner to leadership in the development and prioritization of longterm strategies to achieve successful employee health outcomes
Requirements: Experience working on corporate (employee) health and/or in global health. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and experience creating dashboards and modeling data. Enjoyment in continually improving processes and a love of working with large teams of stakeholders. Computer skills including MS Powe(Point MS Excel and project management software. Excellent knowledge in project management problem solving performance monitoring and team leadership. Good knowledge in Cloud APIs Chat bots UI/UX. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with people at all levels inside and outside the Ability to foster a continuous learning environment through personal commitment to. knowledge growth. Ability to work with a variety of people and groups to achieve effective and efficient results. Ability to thrive in a nonstructured environment deliver results through cross functional collaboration arid manage multiple projects.
