Location AGRA (Uttar Pradesh)
CTC Up to 4 LPA.
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the gold loan portfolio building customer relationships achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Evaluate gold assets verify documentation and process loans.
Promote gold loan products and crosssell other financial services.
Monitor loan repayments manage overdue accounts and ensure compliance with regulations.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to improve services.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years in gold loans or financial services preferred.
Skills:
Gold valuation and loan processing knowledge.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with banking software and MS Office.
KPIs:
Loan disbursement and recovery rates.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales targets and crossselling performance.
