Job Title: Assistant Manager Internal Audit

Position Overview:
As an Assistant Manager in our Internal Audit team you will play a key role in helping our clients manage and mitigate risks in their operations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting risk assessments and developing internal audit plans for clients
Performing internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement
Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management
Collaborating with clients to develop and implement recommendations for improving internal controls and processes
Providing guidance and support to junior team members
Staying current with industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance in audit processes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide valueadded services
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit preferably in a professional services firm
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other relevant certification is preferred
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles
Experience in the Bahrain market is a plus
