Designation Solar Site engineer

Job Description
Site Assessment: Conduct detailed site inspections to assess solar potential identify constraints and develop sitespecific engineering plans.
Project Planning: Create and manage project timelines resource allocation and budgets to ensure timely and costeffective project completion.
Solar Array Installation: Monitor the installation of solar panels mounting structures and inverters ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the project.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations throughout the project.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Minimum of 23 years of experience in solar project execution.
Strong understanding of solar PV systems components and installation procedures.
Proficiency in electrical design construction and testing. Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
