Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Learning Management
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in Learning Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess indepth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications particularly in the Learning Management module and will play a crucial role in implementing configuring and supporting the HCM solution to meet our organizations learning and development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation of the Oracle HCM Learning Management module including configuration testing and deployment.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to learning and development processes.
Process Design: Design and document business processes workflows and functional specifications to enhance learning management capabilities.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to endusers ensuring they understand the functionalities of the Learning Management System (LMS).
System Integration: Work with technical teams to integrate the Learning Management module with other Oracle HCM components and thirdparty systems.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve system issues bugs and user inquiries related to the Learning Management module.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a focus on Learning Management.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud applications specifically the Learning Management module.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Problemsolving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g. Oracle HCM Cloud: Global Human Resources Learning Management) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules (e.g. Talent Management Performance Management) is an advantage.
Familiarity with change management principles and training methodologies.
Experience in a consulting environment or with clientfacing roles.
