We are looking for an Experienced candidate to join our team as a BDM (US Geography Staffing Sales). The incumbent will assume the responsibility of getting us empanelled with the clients from his existing Lead and acquiring new clientele from US geography. These clients will entrust our firm with their recruitmentrelated requirements thereby seeking outsourcing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Must have worked in staffing industry and has existing channels to help us empanelled with US clients for staffing needs
- Preferring someone who can serve the requirements to the staffing team from the day one
- A good network of clients and knowledge of the new business development process for acquiring staffing services clients.
- Good knowledge of lead generation techniques and processes to reach out to key decisionmakers using various social media platforms
- Researching and analysing market trends identifying potential customers and developing sales plans to maximize revenue.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and their requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
- 810 years of International Client acquisition (recruitment / staffingrelated requirements) experience is required in the US geography.
- Need to work as per EST.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working with Google and Microsoft Office suites.
- Ebullient a team player selfmotivated and immensely passionate.
- Possesses relationshipbuilding skills as well as fantastic decisionmaking abilities.
