Job Description
Matrix Home Care has an Immediate opening SOC RN with Home care Experience to do Start of Cares/Visits Sarasota Visits include Start of Care Assessments Wound Care/ Medication Management and Infusions. Wound Vac . We are hiring for visit nurseshowever Indeed states hourly.

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse group of community members Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Previous experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar field preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and comfortable using CRM tools or databases Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for in-person visits A positive, team-oriented attitude
Education
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida - Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health - Proficient in conducting Assessments, including vital signs and physical examinations
