Case Mix: Complete Ortho Head Spine OB Pediatric Regional & Thoracic.
Required Procedures:
General Spinal & Epidural Anesthesia (Adult Peds Neonatal & Trauma)
Regional Anesthesia Surgery Obstetrical cases
Neurosurgical cases (Spine)
Thoracic cases (except open heart)
Complex orthopedic cases Postop epidural Postop extremity blocks
Use of xray guidance in performance of blocks
Ventilation mgmt Evaluation & mgmt of acute volume/BP issues
Trauma Level: IV
EMR: Paper Charting
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active AK License (or in process)
BC
ACLS
