We are seeking Integrated Marketing & Communications Designers to join our Integrated Marketing & Sales Hub and drive sales of our Business Kit Subscription to B2B clients specifically targeting MSMEs (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) in the United States and Jamaica. As an Integrated Marketing & Communications Designer your primary focus will be on sales including developing and sustaining longlasting relationships with our subscribers selling subscription services and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with B2B clients particularly MSMEs
- Sell our Business Kit Subscription using persuasive arguments and solid sales techniques
- Conduct costbenefit analyses to demonstrate the value of our subscription to potential customers
- Present promote and sell our products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct needs analysis to understand the specific requirements of MSMEs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling and other sales strategies
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market potential track sales and prepare status reports
- Provide management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends in the MSME sector
- Seek continuous improvement through feedback and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Respond to customer queries via phone email or chat in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of our Business Kit Subscription
- Troubleshoot and report product malfunctions ensuring timely resolution for customers
- Update internal databases with technical issue details and customer interactions
- Monitor and address customer complaints on social media platforms providing prompt assistance
- Share customer feedback with the Product Sales and Marketing teams to drive product enhancements and marketing initiatives
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved and their needs are met
